Pho Coffee House
It's not what you'd call a proper restaurant, being the size of a shoebox and all, but for cheap lunch and early dinner, Pho takes some beating. They have a massive range of surprising Vietnamese dishes and fruity teas at very reasonable prices, all with names that are helpfully spelt more-or-less phonetically to avoid embarrassment. Like it's half-cousin-twice-removed Kym-Moy, Pho is the kind of restaurant that Cambridge should be promoting, but instead chooses to bless us with a fourth Pizza Express in the same two-mile radius. Locking the council planning authorities into a white van heading for the coast would be much appreciated any time between now and when we turn into Bedford.
