River Bar + Kitchen
River Bar and Kitchen is too cool for school - minimalist, self-aware, hip and happening at its classiest. As well as the picturesque riverside location, you can lean yourself against the exposed brickwork and spiral staircase, while snacking on something fancy like crayfish tails. Pregnant ladies may want to take care in the small alleyway, and heavy drinkers/the accident-prone will find the stairs a quick route to broken bones. A point of interest - to us at least - is the unisex toilets, with the addition of an extra men's one. Why? Surely it's the ladies that traditionally need a few extra stalls? Must be something to do with men not being able to handle their cocktails–
