There aren't many places in Cambridge to wear your Manolos - the ever present cobbles will rip up even the sturdiest sling back -, but Qi Lounge and Bar encourages you to dig out the couture footwear for a night of sophisticated drinking. Strut your way down Market Passage, safe in the knowledge the night - probably - won't involve 13 pints of wife beater and shinnying over a barbed wire fence. Operating as an upmarket café during the day, the menu is littered with brunch favourites and Atkins-destroying pastries. As the sun sets, tapas platters are washed down with tongue tickling cocktails, while those with a sweet tooth shovel down their 'boozy ice creams'. If you drown your sorrows after work most days, and feel this may be contributing to your depression, stop by between 5pm and 7.30pm. Less toxic than your usual happy hour, the 'Paradise Zone' offers Reiki massage and what the owners like to 'Relaxicity.'
