Serving up student spuds, it seems nobody can get enough tea with their 'tatties'. It's always been popular, probably explaining why it's been around for so long, it's still one of the best places to kill an hour or ten. Stuffed full of like-minded folk who have nothing better to do with their Monday afternoons.
