Kettles Yard
Kettles Yard is a gallery and museum - well, a house full of paintings and assorted other objet d'art - with regular exhibitions from a mixture of local and well-known artists. As polished as you'd expect from a gallery founded by a former Tate curator, and maintained accordingly. Check out the late night viewings - usually around the end of an exhibition's run -, where us working stiffs get to sip orange juice and embarrass ourselves chatting about brushstrokes to vastly more knowledgeable people.
