Trinity College
Founded by King Henry VIII back in 1546, Trinity College is the richest college in Cambridge and a must on any culture crawl of the city. Luminaries such as Newton, Byron and Tennyson studied here as well as that intellectual giant Prince Charles. Walking round Great Court, it probably looks much the same as it did in centuries past, even if the students these days prefer Moschino to mortar boards. Wander down to the riverbank for a Brideshead Revisited-type moment. Then get back to the real world.
