Scruffs
Spend more than a week or so in Cambridge and someone somewhere will recommend Scruffs. This is a friendly, family run hair salon with plenty of happy - and well coiffed - regulars, Shiatsu massages and a relaxed vibe. Put it this way, you won't be holding onto the edge of your seat and praying you won't end up looking like Pat Sharpe –you're in safe hands here. They also do hair reviews and colour reviews for £15. Far from scruffy.
