Singaporean restaurant that caters for local business types and the occasional high stakes winner staggering in from Ladbrokes next door and getting plastered, while the staff exchange places and bet their wages away. You can usually tell if the staff have had a good or bad day watching the dogs as the service can range from charming to chilly. Still, as long as they keep making the best roast duck in town I'll forgive being made a victim for their inability to spot a winner.
