Browns
Looking endearingly like a prohibition-era saloon, this 'classy' burger and chips venue in Cambridge known as Browns may come minus the mafia but also comes minus any pretence of sobriety. The queues for a table at the weekends make it entirely possible to get wasted at the bar and forget why you came in. On weekdays, there's more of an opportunity to empty your wallet for something that wouldn't look out of place at McDonalds - although, to be fair, lovingly camouflaged with lettuce and rocket.
